I created Honeydark Studios 5 years ago with you in mind. The modern and unique individual or family seeking something a lot more creative than what the generic "Big Box" portrait studios have to offer. Add onto that personalized service, attention to detail along with quality photo products and you have now been presented with the perfect experience! My goal is to provide magazine quality editorial style photography for everyone!
My name is Sharon, but everyone calls me by my nick name, Pri (pronounced "PREE") and I am no stranger to creativity. I am a modern renaissance woman with a strong creative background in photography, interior/set design, carpentry, music production/performance and creative mentoring. My creative works have been featured in numerous publications, including Vibe Magazine and Luxe Magazine (JAPAN), as well as various media outlets including MTV and BET.
I love what I do, because it allows me to combine all of my creative and artistic skills into one platform. I create many of the props and accessories, as well as build any custom sets when needed by hand (ask about custom prop and set rates). I compose my images as I would compose a musical track. Each collective series of photos must have a beginning middle and end and each individual image must tell its own story. I artistically create photos that document once in a lifetime moments and generic is NOWHERE in my vocabulary! Welcome to my creative world!
